Through research, political facilitation, project management, training and capacity building in 9 different programme areas: Citizen and Community Empowerment, Governance and Aids, Safety and Security, Parliamentary Monitoring, Political Governance, Economic Governance, Media, Southern Africa Migration and the School for Democracy - the activities vary from high level political facilitation to grassroots facilitation encompassing workshops, meetings, mentoring, action research etc
